Refund Policy We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed product, or Sports products.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition Index:

  • NM(Near Mint): The card is close to mint with the naked eye, very small errors; including but not limited to; factory errors, white dots, or limited edge whitening may be present.

  • LP(Light Play): The card has visible wear or factory errors; including but not limited to; white dots, limited edge wear, limited surface scuff.

  • MP(Moderate Play): The card has noticeable wear or factory errors; including but not limited to; edge whitening, limited corner wear, surface scuffs, dirt.

  • HP(Heavy Play): The card is clearly worn; including but not limited to; full edge whitening, corner wear, surface scratches, dirt.

  • Damaged: The card has a clear defect, but remains playable in its respective game; including but not limited to; corner peeling, deep scratches, creases, water damage.

  • Factory Error: The card has an obvious error originating from the factory it was printed/packaged; including but not limited to; misprinted text, severe miscut, ink bleed, or crimping.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
